The Community Healthcare Coalition of Greater Prince William (CHCGPW) is conducting a Community Health Assessment (CHA). A CHA is a way to learn about the health of our community. Information is collected about what health problems are affecting community members, what services are available and what needs to improve. The CHCGPW gets this info from health data, surveys, and listening sessions.
