The Community Healthcare Coalition of Greater Prince William (CHCGPW) is looking for community members to lead conversations in the community. Potential Volunteer Community Liaisons should be able and interested in leading community conversations in English, Arabic, Dari, Farsi, Spanish or Urdu. Volunteers will receive $100 in gifts cards for completing the applicable training sessions and $100 in gift cards for facilitating a scheduled community conversation. The CHCGPW is working on a community health assessment (CHA) to learn about the health of our community. Information is collected about what health problems are affecting community members, what services are available, and what needs to improve.
